Red Diamond offers complete consulting services to ensure your creative project has authenticity and realism.

Military, intelligence, first responder and law enforcement agencies are frequently portrayed inaccurately in entertainment productions, significantly undermining the authenticity of the final product. From tactics, equipment, culture, accuracy in historical representations, right through to the basics such as uniforms and terminology.

Our technical consultants come from a range of backgrounds, and bring significant experience to dramatically enhance entertainment and media projects.

We provide consulting and support for the following:

SCRIPT DEVELOPMENT

We'll help your creative team develop scripts, including historical research, to ensure authenticity from the very beginning.

TECHNICAL ADVISING

Our expert technical advisors served in every branch of the Armed Forces, and at every level. Providing real-time on-set advice of all military-related material.

MILITARY, FIRST RESPONDERS AND LAW ENFORCEMENT LIAISON

Josh Francis

Josh Francis qualified as high school teacher before commissioning into the Royal Australian Navy as a junior officer soon after the September 11 attacks in the US.

A desire to serve on warlike operations saw him resign his commission and enlist into the Australian Army. After qualifying as an infantryman and paratrooper, Josh deployed on peacekeeping operations in East Timor conducting counter-militia operations.

After completing basic and specialist intelligence operations training, Josh completed multiple deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq, conducting duties in special operations, conventional operations and training roles.

"Ensuring the portrayal is realistic and grounded in reality not only enhances the final production, but also serves to honour the men and women who have served their nation and community in uniform."
